Questionable basic hygiene practices I had a pretty off-putting experience at this donut shop that I can’t ignore. I ordered a simple egg sandwich, expecting a quick, decent breakfast—but what I got instead was honestly kind of gross. Besides taking a long time to prepare , the employee who prepared and handed me my food had what looked like a piece of tissue paper stuck to their nose , like they were trying to cover something up. It didn’t look clean or secure, and it was really uncomfortable to watch while they handled food. It completely killed my appetite and made me question the shop’s hygiene standards. I understand that people can’t always help being under the weather, but basic food safety and cleanliness should be non-negotiable in any place serving customers. It didn't seem to be an attempt to address or manage the situation more professionally (like stepping away from food prep or wearing proper protective gear). Unfortunately, that one moment overshadowed everything else. The sandwich itself might have been basic but fine, however I couldn’t get past how it was handled. It was my first time there but I won’t be returning anytime soon.

OMG, best donut I’ve ever tried! 😍 It was super fluffy, soft, and made fresh right in front of me you can taste the difference. Absolutely delicious and worth every bite! The only downside is the store itself was extremely hot inside. It was uncomfortable to stand there for too long, and honestly I felt bad for the workers having to be in that heat all day. I really hope they improve the air or ventilation because the donuts are amazing and deserve the perfect environment. 🍩✨

This is my new favorite donut place when I am in the area. They have a wide variety of selections, you get to watch the donuts being made, and they even have you check them before giving them to you!! The donuts are always still warm and fresh when you get them, making it even better. The seating options and overall store cleanliness was great!! And the price?? It’s a steal. There is even complimentary water. Definitely coming back when I’m in the are again!

What makes this place so well worth visiting is the freshly made donuts that you create. Duck Donuts allows you to create your very own donut or choose from an array of available donut combinations. The staff is friendly and very helpful with describing the donuts and help making a good choice. They also are very good making the donuts. The donuts are soft, warm and doughy - absolutely perfect! Highly recommend visiting and trying them out.
